原料：虾肉50克，黄瓜250克，酱油、淀粉、油、米酒、葱末、姜片、精盐各适量。


制法：1．虾洗净后切成薄片，用米酒、酱油、葱末、姜片及少许水腌渍1小时；淀粉加少许水调匀；黄瓜洗净切片。
