原料：鲜海鳗500克、豆苗50克、葱2根、姜2片、鸡蛋2只，清鸡汤1袋、胡椒粉5克、盐3克、芡粉50克


制法：1、先将海鳗洗净．去皮，打成泥状．加入鸡蛋清及姜．葱等．用手搅拌约15分钟．制成鱼丸；
