zfJT,h-{ and roots rock verve. The ten songs here are Garza-ized takes on
lU8l}Ndz" Christmas standards: "Jingle Bells," "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer,"
\j$&DCv "Away in a Manger," "Feliz Navidad," "Santa Claus Is Coming to Town,"
L^1NY3=$ "Carol of the Bells," and "Silent Night." The latter two are fine
jk;j2YNPw instrumentals. "Carol of the Bells,'" especially, is a deeply satisfying
xVw9 v6@`h guitar and percussion workout that embraces not only hard rhumba
CXH&U@57{ drumming, but funk, Mexican folk music, and screaming blues-rock.
{y)=eX9 Hopefully, their version of "Run Rudolph Run" will make Chuck Berry
{B~QQMEow proud, with its rumbling upright piano and bassline, and Henry's guitar
