Miso flavored baked filet of sole

Ingredients: 2 tblspoons of Japanese miso paste Gz:ell$ 1 tblspoon of Japanese rice wine :B~m^5 1/2 teaspoon of white ground pepper bD`h/jYv 1 teaspoon of a sweetener such as honey, brown sugar or fruitose (just not white sugar because it's bad for our body) (*Z:ByA

p+X:k= >e!Y 63` Please mix the above ingredients together and blend well and let it sit aside. b6! 7j 7O,!67+^~ m,)o&ix1 wash your white soft fish and pat dry ( can substitute the sole for another fish such as cod, or tilepia, or whiting etc) make sure fish is dried then spread flavored miso mixture on top (can be generous but keep in mind miso is very salty) ;:
