Miso flavored baked filet of sole

Ingredients: 2 tblspoons of Japanese miso paste %lbDcEsf9 1 tblspoon of Japanese rice wine 'BiR ,M$mY 1/2 teaspoon of white ground pepper %wDE+&M 1 teaspoon of a sweetener such as honey, brown sugar or fruitose (just not white sugar because it's bad for our body) JoCZ{MhM ,Hzz:ce cUH.^_a Please mix the above ingredients together and blend well and let it sit aside. 1z6$>{FUR +&*D7A>~p RnaxRnXVR wash your white soft fish and pat dry ( can substitute the sole for another fish such as cod, or tilepia, or whiting etc) make sure fish is dried then spread flavored miso mixture on top (can be generous but keep in mind miso is very salty) d5z=fH9 2&,jO+BqE@ Put in 400 degree oven and bake for 10 mins...take out of oven and rest for 5 mins and serve with rice or pasta with your choice of steamed or blanched veggie. 0|J]EsPxu "?X,);5S Dinner in 5 mins. healthy and simple but tasty!!!
