]\v'1m" Hathaway, Jimmy Cliff and Bob Marley. When her father,

)xiic3F in Germany, discovered her singing talent he recorded a

/j0< x^m/ A@Z&ZBDg At twenty-one Ayo. moved to London and later lived in
f` 2W}|(jA Paris and New York. During her time in Paris her musical

her first solo concerts, opened 2002 for soul singers

]0g%)f uMf her first album Joyful in January 2006 in the New York
[;]@PKW?w Sony studio. The whole disc was recorded in just five

YONRha days under live conditions, with a group of musicians
N]p|c3D organized by her producer Jay Newland. The album was
4-YX Xi} released in June 2006 in Europe and Korea and in November
q|8p4X}/] 2007 in the United States and Japan.
N,><,7!q$, ji &*0GJQ At the end of 2007 Ayo. started a concert tour through
l5jW`cl1 Germany and the United States. On her American tour she
4cO||OsMU performed with Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds. On 10 January
CwV1~@{- 2008 she appeared on the Late Show with David Letterman,
yL&_>cV and on January 26, 2008 the Late Late Show with Craig
kS>'6xXH Ferguson, performing her song Down on My Knees. In June
I)-u)P?2x 2008 the singer started her second tour through the
c0 H8FF3 United States and Canada.
Qbc62 qFu! wmNc)P 4 On 10 March 2008 Ayo. started recording on her second
WAj26";M( album Gravity At Last at the Compass Point Studios in
'(/ZJ88JP Nassau on the Island of New Providence, The Bahamas. She
t `4^cd5V is co-producing the album with Jay Newland. Her band
n9zS'VU includes Keith Christopherson (bass), Larry Campbell
$Xlyc.8YId (guitars and other string instruments), Lucky Peterson
zr0_SCh;2 (keyboards), Sherrod Barnes (guitar/vocals) and Jermaine
!d1}IU-h Parrish (drums). The album with 13 tracks written and
