sDylSYq j,]KidDWm Since their inception, High Places have created a signature
^:Mal[IR sound out of using bass-heavy yet crisp beats, lilting vocal
jHU5>Gt-} melodies and syncopated rhythmic lines performed on folk
ja<!_^h=At percussion instruments, guitar duets turned into treated
w$D&LA}(M samples, and percussive lines created from the manipulation of
;fdROI household objects. The songwriting is expansive and fluid, all
Ojh\H the while managing to be concise. High Places gravitate toward
hS( )OY the organic over the electronic, and that natural aesthetic
H}nPaw]G adds warmth and intimacy to the recordings.
